How Do You Want To Be Remembered?

Think about it.

Not to sound too cliché, but really.  Have you given it much thought?

How do you want to be remembered?

Do you want to look back and say,  “I lived my BEST life!”

Or have regrets and say, “I wish I did more.”

In order to live our best life, we have to put effort into it.  It is all about moderation!  We don’t want to obsess, or go overboard on anything really.  Balance is key.  Finding what makes you happy, that too is key.  Living a healthy lifestyle is so important not only for your body, but your mind as well.

Why would one want to wake up everyday, go to a dead-end job, and come home to a miserable home life?  Change can only be made by you, and you alone!  Start small. The little things.  Start to change your attitude, a huge part of the process.  Are you eating well?  Change of diet can be crucial in how you feel.  Exercise, it is not a dirty word!  Exercise is crucial to your longevity.  Train smart!  Slow and steady wins the race.  If we “overindulged” in anything, we will feel the repercussions.

Invest in small items for the home to create a workout routine.  It doesn’t have to be expensive.  A good home gym can consist of a body ball, yoga mat, light weight dumb bells, resistance bands and even no weight at all!  Full body exercises can be a wonderful way to increase your heart rate, and get a quick workout in with little or no weight at all!

Motivation can be hard to come by, but give yourself 2 weeks to get back into the swing of things again!  Spring is around the corner, time to go get it!!
